Is Nove legit or a scam? How to verify it yourself
Nove does not ask you to trust anyone: its rules are a public Solana program whose upgrade authority has been revoked, it never takes custody of your funds, and every purchase and payout is visible on-chain. That removes the classic ways a scheme steals money — but it does not make earnings certain. What you earn depends only on purchases made in your network.

What makes something a scam — and how Nove answers it
- Someone can run off with the money. In Nove there is no company account: the program holds balances and only the owner of each balance can claim it. There is no withdrawal function for the team.
- The rules change after you join. Nove's upgrade authority is revoked: the code can never change again. Percentages, levels and minimums are fixed forever.
- The numbers are invented. Every purchase, commission and claim is a Solana transaction anyone can inspect. The Nove in numbers page reads the chain directly.
- Guaranteed returns. Nove promises none. A guarantee of profit is the clearest warning sign of fraud — if anyone promises you a fixed return from Nove, they are not describing the protocol.
Verify it in five minutes
- Open the protocol program DA214e5LFbj1WARXzu89k295azhKCGMFcVicsm7CsfpL on Solscan or Solana Explorer.
- Check the upgrade authority: it must read none. That is the proof the code can't be changed.
- Look at any purchase transaction: you will see the 50/43/2/5 split paid out inside the same transaction.
- Check that your wallet only ever signs what you asked for: registration, purchases and claims.
- Compare the live figures on the Nove in numbers page with what you see on the explorer.
Where your money goes
When you buy 100 units (100 USDC), 50 USDC are credited back to you immediately, 43 USDC are credited to up to nine members above you, 2 USDC go to the Pioneer pool and 5 USDC to the protocol treasury. The net cost of taking part is therefore half of what you buy — and that half is exactly what pays the people above you. There is no hidden fee and no spread.
The honest risks
- Earnings depend on your network. Nove creates no value from nothing: members are paid from other members' purchases. If people stop buying, commissions stop. Most participants in any referral network earn little, and many earn less than they spend.
- Activity rules are strict. If you do not buy the weekly minimum within the week plus the 48-hour grace, unclaimed shares expire and move to the treasury.
- Smart-contract risk. Immutable code also means bugs can't be patched. Only use amounts you can afford to lose.
- Legal and tax status varies by country. Referral and multi-level schemes are restricted in some places; you are responsible for the rules where you live and for declaring what you earn.
- Prizes are promotional. Rank prizes come from a separate rewards vault, not from the protocol's split; their availability depends on that vault.
Red flags that are NOT Nove
Nove never asks for your seed phrase, never sends you a token to “unlock” rewards, has no official investment manager and no “guaranteed daily yield” plan. The only official domain is nove.cash and the only official bot is @NoveCash_bot. Anything else claiming to be Nove is not.
Quick answers
Is Nove a scam?
Nove is designed so it cannot take your money: it is non-custodial, its code is public and can no longer be changed, and every payout is on-chain. It does not guarantee earnings — those depend only on purchases in your network.
Can the Nove team take my funds?
No. Balances are held by the program and only their owner can claim them. There is no admin withdrawal function and the upgrade authority is revoked.
Is Nove a Ponzi scheme?
A Ponzi scheme promises returns and hides how they are paid. Nove promises no return and shows every movement on-chain. It is a referral network: members are paid from the purchases of the members below them, so earnings stop if purchases stop.
How can I verify Nove myself?
Open program DA214e5LFbj1WARXzu89k295azhKCGMFcVicsm7CsfpL on a Solana explorer, check that the upgrade authority is none, and inspect any purchase transaction to see the 50/43/2/5 split.
What is the official Nove website?
nove.cash is the only official domain. The only official Telegram bot is @NoveCash_bot.
